Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable Italian and European regulations, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. To exercise this right, the Customer must send a return authorization request by email to: stile@brunobordese.com. The request must include the order number and the item to be returned. Once authorization is received, the Customer must ship the item(s) within 14 days of the confirmation date.
Return Conditions
Before proceeding with a return, the Customer is asked to carefully read the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- All original tags, any security seals, the original packaging (including the box), and all accessories received must be intact and included in the return.
- Footwear must show no signs of use or wear, including on the sole or upper.
- Returns must be shipped from the same country and address where the order was delivered.
- Only returns for purchases made online through the official website are accepted.
GLAM SAS DI BORDESE BRUNO & CO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

The Customer is responsible for return shipping and related costs.
Refunds
Once the return is received and verified, GLAM SAS DI BORDESE BRUNO & CO will refund the value of the returned product. Any costs incurred for the original shipping, return shipping, and administrative and logistical handling are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Size Exchange
- Italy: €10
- European Union: €20
- Non-EU countries: cost will be communicated to the Customer based on the destination.
Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Delivery or Refusal of Shipment
If an order is not delivered due to reasons attributable to the Customer, including refusal of delivery or failure to collect the package, and is returned to GLAM SAS DI BORDESE BRUNO & CO, the costs incurred for outbound and return shipping and administrative and logistical handling will be deducted from the refund.

GLAM SAS DI BORDESE BRUNO & CO reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with this policy. For assistance, the Customer may contact Customer Service.
