BRUNOBORDESE.com is the official website of GLAM Srl, a company that markets footwear. Through the site, the User can search for information about the brand and buy products online.
Content provided by the User
Users are responsible for their own and third-party content that they share on GLAM, by uploading them, inserting content or in any other way. Users hold the Owner harmless from any responsibility in relation to the illegal dissemination of third-party content or the use of GLAM, in a manner contrary to the law.
The Data Controller does not carry out any type of moderation of the content published by the User or by third parties, but undertakes to intervene in the face of user reports or orders given by public authorities in relation to content deemed offensive or illegal.
Rights on the content provided by Users
The only rights granted to the Owner in relation to the content provided by the Users are those necessary for the operation and maintenance of GLAM.
Content provided by third parties
The Owner does not make any prior moderation on the contents or links provided by third parties shown on GLAM. The Owner is not responsible for such content and their accessibility.
Registration
In order to use the Service or part of it, Users must register by providing, truthfully and completely, all the data required in the relevant registration form and fully accept the privacy policy and these general conditions. The User has the burden of guarding his login credentials.
Account cancellation and closure of User accounts
Registered Users can deactivate their accounts, request their cancellation or stop using the Service at any time, through the GLAM interface or by contacting the Owner directly.
The Owner, in case of violation of these Terms, reserves the right to suspend or close the User's account at any time and without notice.
Purchase
Purchase procedure
Each order sent constitutes an offer for the purchase of the products. Orders are subject to availability and discretionary acceptance of the Owner.
The User must select the products and check out, after carefully checking and possibly modifying the information contained in the order summary. The order is made by confirming it and is subject to the payment of the price, taxes and shipping and payment costs indicated in the order summary form.
The Order Processing Receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order. The conclusion of the contract takes place at the time of sending the Order Confirmation by the Owner to the email address provided by the User. The Owner reserves the right not to confirm an order by communicating to the User within 20 days of purchase, to the email address associated with his purchase, the possible unavailability of one or more of the products purchased. In this case, the Owner will reimburse the price and shipping costs incurred by the User.
The prices published on the site, payments and order invoices are in Euros.
To help customers approximate the Euro value in their current currency, our site has a currency converter. The amount that will be charged to your Credit Card or your PayPal account may vary as it is based on fluctuating exchange rates and bank fees.
Payment method by credit card, debit card or PayPal
When customers place online orders, credit card data is forwarded to an online banking system protected by Banca Sella that accepts Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Debit, American Express, Electron.

The first time customers pay by credit card, they may experience a slight delay in charges, due to the authentication process in progress; in this case, the receipt and final order confirmation will be sent to the customer after approval by the bank. The card will be charged at the time of purchase.
In case of pre-order purchases, the amount will be charged to the credit card or PayPal at the time of placing the order.

Product availability
Prices, descriptions or availability of the products on display are subject to change without notice.
Once the order request is received, Glam reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the purchased items. In the event that the ordered items are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as per the customer's request, customer service will promptly notify the customer.
Online articles and images
The photos inserted are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee of the quality of the products. Glam declines all responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of the computer used or its malfunction, the colors of the products displayed on the site show slight differences from the original ones. The images contained on the site are the property of Glam S.r.l. and any use of such images not authorized by a written consent from Glam, will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.
Order Execution
The Order is executed in the terms specified on the summary page and in the Order Confirmation email, subject to the availability of the product ordered.
The Owner cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by the User due to delays in delivery that are not dependent on circumstances foreseeable by the parties at the time of sending the Order Confirmation.
Delivery
Deliveries are made during normal working hours at the address indicated by the User and according to the methods specified in the order summary.
Upon delivery, the User must verify the content by specifying any anomalies in the delivery form.
In case of non-collection within the deadline established by the carrier, the products will be returned to the Owner, who will refund the price of the products but not the shipping cost. The Owner cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation of the purchase order by the User, for any damage that may occurred to the Products after delivery to the carrier or for delays in delivery attributable to the latter.
Delivery costs
Italy
For amounts over € 250 euros the delivery is free. For purchases under € 250 the cost is € 10.
Europe
For amounts over € 500 euros delivery is free. For purchases under € 500 the cost is € 25.
Europe (NON EU)
The cost is €30.
Switzerland
The cost is € 50.
USA - China - Australia - Africa - Japan - Korea
For purchases under € 500 euros the delivery is € 70.
For purchases between € 500 and € 1000 the cost is € 100.
For purchases over € 1000 the cost is € 130.
Important information
All orders are processed within 1 working day. However, during the sales period, orders may suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders to be processed. Glam will not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond GLAM's control.
GLAM ships worldwide using DHL or Bartolini. Shipments destined for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or other documentation stating the value of the goods. All Extra Europe shipments are accompanied by an official invoice with the exact value of each item expressed in Euro. For sale and discounted items, the price indicated will be the discounted one.
Once the orders have been shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the delivery address, so please check that you have entered the correct address before sending the order.
Pre-ordered products are shipped after their arrival at our warehouse, within the time period indicated on the purchase order. GLAM will not be held responsible in case of shipping delay caused by circumstances beyond its control, which may cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse after the period specified in the order.
In the event that a customer decides for any reason not to accept the order after shipment, the return shipping costs and import taxes will be borne by him and will be deducted from the refund.
Delivery times
All orders are processed within one working day and shipped by express courier DHL or BRT. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or during holidays will be processed the next working day. We assume no responsibility for delays attributable to the courier or caused by holidays or natural disasters. The cost of transport will be calculated during the order phase.
Once the material has been shipped, delivery times may vary from country to country.
Orders within the European Union take about 24 hours (excluding the Islands, which require 2 or 3 days). Orders outside the European Union usually arrive after 2 or 3 days.
Right of withdrawal in reference to (Legislative Decree. 206/2005)
In case of purchase of products or services on GLAM, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party - other than the carrier and designated by the User - acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User is required to inform the Owner of the decision to withdraw by means of an explicit statement sent to the contacts indicated.
If the product received is different from the one ordered (size, color, model, etc.) or defective, the return service will be free and the entire value of the product and the proportional part of the shipping costs will be credited back.
If the product received is not the correct size, and there was an error on the part of the User in selecting the product, or for reasons not attributable to an error on the part of GLAM, in these cases the cost of shipping the product will be borne by the Customer. The cost for Italy will be € 20.00; for all other countries it will be calculated based on the country of origin and the total credit of the amount of the product will be made net of the initial shipping costs.
Unworn items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The safety thread, if present, on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken.
Return instructions
To request return authorization, you must send an email to sales@brunobordese.com explaining the reason for the return. Customer service will send a confirmation by e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.), the shipping label and the instructions to be followed to resend the goods. If the return is sent back using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the GLAM warehouses and the garments are checked. For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the Credit Card used. For orders paid with PayPal or Bank Transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuation cannot be refunded.
Terms and Conditions of Returns
The safety thread present on the items that are returned must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no marks of any kind. Each garment must be returned with all the characteristics and tags attached, and including all original accessory packaging (dustbags, hangers, clothes covers, etc.) received together with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to be an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging. Returns must be shipped inside the box with which they were shipped by Glam. Glam reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and taking charge of the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
Authorized returns must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered. Glam reserves the right not to accept returns sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the e-mail with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs or requires collection at a branch of the courier itself. Glam also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or in any case not in accordance with all the conditions provided. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trade is authentic.
Limitations on the right of withdrawal on products
Damaged or used products are not replaced or refunded, even in part. The User must insert a copy of the delivery document received inside the packaging box.
The right of withdrawal does not apply: to goods that are made to measure or clearly personalized or that, by their nature, are at risk of rapid deterioration, are sealed and do not ready to be returned for hygienic reasons or are related to the protection of health and have been opened after delivery.
Warranty
The consumer User is entitled to a guarantee on the conformity of the products and services purchased. The warranty has a duration of 24 months from the delivery of the good and the lack of conformity must be communicated to the Owner within 2 months of discovery.
To exercise the right of warranty, the User must send an e-mail to the Owner indicating the order number and the accurate description of the defect (it is advisable to also attach photographic material).
All elements are essential and will be verified by the Owner before responding to the User.
If the lack of conformity of the product is ascertained, the User has the right to obtain, upon return to the Owner of the defective product, its repair or replacement. The User also has the right to request from the Owner a reasonable price reduction or the termination of the contract if the repair and replacement are impossible or excessively onerous, the Owner has not repaired or replaced the good within a reasonable period of time or the replacement or the replacement or repair previously carried out has caused considerable inconvenience to the User.
To exercise the right of guarantee and for further information in this regard, the User is required to contact the Owner.
The Service is provided "as is"
The Service is provided by the Owner "as is", without any express or implied guarantee for its accuracy or availability.
Interruption of Service
The Owner reserves the right to add, remove functionality or features or suspend or completely interrupt the provision of the Service, whether temporarily or permanently. In the event of a permanent interruption, the Data Controller will act as possible to allow Users to collect their information hosted by the Owner.
Resale of the Service
Users are not authorized to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of GLAM and its Services without the express permission of the Owner, guaranteed directly or through a specific resale program.

Intellectual property rights
All trademarks of the Application, figurative or nominative, and all other signs, trade names, service marks, denominative trademarks, trade names, illustrations, images, logos that appear regarding GLAM are and remain the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors and are protected by applicable trademark laws and related international treaties.
Customer Requirements
Users declare that they are of legal age according to the legislation applicable to them. Minors can only use GLAM with the assistance of a parent or guardian. Under no circumstances may children under the age of 13 use the GLAM website. Glam reserves the right to refuse orders or to refuse the provision of services to anyone at any time.
To place orders on brunobordese.com customers must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- have the necessary requirements to be able to enter into legally binding contracts;
- have a valid email address;
- have a valid Credit Card for payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or a verified PayPal account or a bank account.
Limitations of liability
The Data Controller, within the limits of applicable law, is liable for damages of a contractual and non-contractual nature to Users or third parties exclusively when these constitute an immediate and direct consequence, for malice or gross negligence, of GLAM's activity.
The User expressly exempts and releases the Owner from any liability, within the limits permitted by applicable legislation, in relation to any damages or claims of any kind and kind of any kind and of third parties including direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special damages, damages arising from loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or replacement costs deriving from or otherwise related to this agreement.
Changes to these Terms
The Owner reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at any time, giving notice to the User by publishing them within GLAM.
The User who continues to use GLAM after the publication of the changes, accepts without reservation the new Terms.
Assignment of the contract
The Owner reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose by novation or subcontract all or some of the rights or obligations deriving from the Terms, provided that the rights of the User provided for herein are not prejudiced.
The User may not assign or transfer in any way his rights or obligations under the Terms without the written authorization of the Owner.
Communications
All communications relating to GLAM must be sent using the contact information indicated in the Agreement.
Ineffectiveness and partial nullity
If any clause of the Terms should be void, invalid or ineffective, the aforementioned clause will be deleted while the remaining clauses will not be conditioned by it and will remain fully effective.
Applicable law and competent court
These Terms and all disputes regarding the execution, interpretation and validity of this agreement are subject to the law, the jurisdiction of the State and the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the place where the Data Controller is located. The exclusive forum of the consumer is an exception, if the law provides for it.
Online dispute resolution for consumers
The consumer residing in Europe must be aware that the European Commission has set up an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. This tool may be used by the European consumer to resolve non-judicially any dispute relating to and/or arising from contracts for the sale of goods and services concluded on the network. Consequently, if you are a European consumer, you can use this platform for the resolution of any dispute arising from the online contract stipulated with the Data Controller. Definitions
Service
The service offered by GLAM as described by these Terms and within GLAM.
User
The natural or legal person who uses the Service.
Terms and Conditions (or Terms)
These general conditions of service, which constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Owner.
Order Processing Receipt
Indicates the email that the Owner sends at the time of receipt of the order.
Order Confirmation
Indicates the email that the Owner sends at the time the products are shipped to confirm the shipment of all or part of the purchased products.
